The impact of the Association Agreement with the European Union on consumers and raising their awareness

The goal of the project was to inform the population in the regions of Georgia about the impact that the implementation of the association agreement will have on Georgian consumers.

Results of the project - within the framework of the project, a cycle of trainings was held for public organizations, regional media and school teachers; Competitions were held for media and school students; Small grants were awarded to regional non-governmental organizations.

In Georgian, Azerbaijani, Armenian and Russian languages, for the school "Civic Education" course, based on the active method of teaching economics, an auxiliary manual was prepared for classes IX-XI.

Within the framework of the project, a study was conducted, the purpose of which was to study the needs and attitudes of users of urban centers of Georgia in the field of various services. The study was carried out by the Institute for Social Research and Analysis.

Project cost: 260,609 EURO
