Success story - the customer got back the money for poor quality furniture

In January of this year, citizen Elene Chitishvili contacted us regarding the problem created with the furniture store. He bought an expensive sofa, which was left unused in his new apartment for 6 months after purchase, and it broke within 1 week of use. In addition, the item was sold to the citizen as made in Italy. However, the customer later noticed a label stating that the furniture was made in Turkey.

The customer contacted the store where he bought the item, but they refused to repair or replace the furniture.

After contacting us, we wrote a letter to the citizen to the store, where the customer's request was formulated and it was indicated that in case of dissatisfaction, the citizen would apply to the court.

After receiving the letter, the store contacted Mrs. Elena and agreed to take the furniture and return the money. However, the citizen was offered to return the money in two parts, in connection with which a deed of agreement had to be signed. We reviewed the act offered by the store and made such amendments to protect the interests of the customer as much as possible.

After signing the act, the store returned half of the money to the customer, and in April the other half. Thus, the customer's request was fully satisfied.
