CSR/Sustainability strategy is a general framework defining the company’s vision, general policy, long-term objectives, specific priority areas and activity directions by all core CSR/Sustainability aspects.

As a result of consultation, the client will receive a strategy document aligned with the company's business objectives and based on international standards. This document will define: the company's main areas of influence, strategic goals, relevant priority SDG targets, specific tasks, and corresponding action directions.
