TEAM MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP

The purpose of the training is for the participants to understand the essence of leadership, to determine what effective leadership means, how important it is to have leaders in the organization, and how it is possible to lead a team successfully. As part of the training program, the participants will also analyze what a team is, how a good and effective team is formed, and what is the role of a leader in this process.

The training is mainly intended for managers, heads of different departments, sub-departments or small teams.
