Development of social entrepreneurship for a sustainable and inclusive society

The goal of the project is to create a favorable environment for the development of social entrepreneurship in the country; Improving the legal environment for the operation of social enterprises, raising awareness about the positive results of social entrepreneurship, creating opportunities for existing social entrepreneurs to expand their activities and increase social impact, and promoting the establishment of new social enterprises for start-up entrepreneurs.

Expected results of the project

  • The central and local authorities will be involved in the political dialogue
  • In Kakheti and Guria, in cooperation with local self-governments, pilot support mechanisms will be created and implemented, which will contribute to the development of social entrepreneurship at the regional level.
  • Social enterprises will have improved access to finance

Project cost: 1,142,971 EURO
