MANAGEMENT SKILLS

The purpose of the training program is to help participants develop the skills necessary for effective employee management. Within the framework of the training, participants will develop such skills as giving feedback focused on the growth of employees, motivating employees, managing time effectively and delegating; Effective interpersonal and intra-organizational communication.

Participants will assess their own communication style, identify strengths and weaknesses, and be able to effectively manage relationships with people with different communication styles.
